Jessica Guy is a Relationship Psychosocial Practitioner with a powerful, proven ability to transform lives. With post grad Psychology qualification, a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Bachelor of Sociology and more, Jessica combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with deep emotional insight. Her work bridges psychological theory and real-world connection, helping clients build authentic confidence and relationship skills that last. Her approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care, ensuring each client feels seen, supported, and truly understood. With extensive experience working alongside people living with psychosocial disability and neurodivergence, Jessica brings both clinical insight and lived empathy into every session.
